Terry Hsiao is an entrepreneur, advisor, and investor with extensive experience in cloud software, mobile apps, wireless networks and fintech. He has founded multiple companies in the mobile ecosystem that got acquired by Sybase, Verifone, and Kaleyra where he helped its public listing on NYSE in November 2019. For the past 4 years he has taught New Venture Financing and Entrepreneurship at Marymount University and George Washington University. Terry has shown a knack for transforming novel ideas into thriving businesses, emphasizing innovation and scalable growth. In his entrepreneurial journey, Terry won multiple pitch competitions and received awards such as Entrepreneur of the Year from Asian American Chamber of Commerce and Top 100 Minority Entrepreneurs in 2017.

In Taiwan, Hsiao started a program to teach key concepts and frameworks directly to entrepreneur in March 2023. More than 300 entrepreneurs have taken these classes or attended workshops. He is an advisor to the Center of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the National Taiwan University. He has an Honors BSEE degree from Rutgers University and SM in Technology Management from MIT Sloan School of Management.

為了回饋台灣蕭先生於前年3月啟動了一個教學項目，直接向對創業有興趣的同學教授矽谷的創業概念和運作框架。經過兩年多的努力已經有超過300名創業者參與了這些課程或研討會。他還是台大創業與創新中心的顧問。Terry 曾任弗吉尼亞州兩屆州長指定任命在創新創業中心擔任董事會成員。他在羅格斯大學獲得了電機和電腦工程學士學位，並在麻省理工斯隆管理學院獲得了科技管理碩士學位。
