CTO / KURA Care

Sheng-Hsiou (Shawn) Hsu is Chief Technology Officer at Kura Care, where he leads the development of AI and cloud technologies for digital health. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from NTU and a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from UC San Diego. Previously, he worked at Google X, was a founding member of neurotechnology startup NextSense, and served as Director of Data Science at Arctop. His work spans AI, wearable technologies, brain-computer interfaces, and biomedical data, with a focus on translating emerging technologies into consumer and healthcare products. Outside of work, Shawn is passionate about tech and entrepreneurial communities, career coaching and mentoring, and human–agent collaboration.

徐聖修（Shawn Hsu）現任 Kura Care 技術長（CTO），負責領導數位健康領域的 AI 與雲端技術與產品開發。畢業於國立臺灣大學電機工程系、加州大學聖地牙哥分校（UC San Diego）生物工程博士。過去曾任職於 Google X，並為神經科技新創 NextSense 的創始團隊成員，之後擔任 Arctop 資料科學總監。其工作橫跨人工智慧、穿戴式科技、腦機介面與生醫資料分析，致力於將新興技術轉化為消費性與醫療健康產品。工作之外，Shawn 也熱衷於科技與創業社群、職涯教練與人才培育，以及人類與 AI Agent 的協作。
