Ming T. Lu is Co-Founder & CEO of TECQMIND, an AI professional services and staffing firm helping companies turn AI strategy into production reality. Before this, he spent over 20 years building and leading global engineering teams at companies like eBay and Walmart eCommerce, as well as a medical device startup and a healthcare technology startup, scaling organizations across Silicon Valley, Shanghai, Cape Town, India, and Mexico, and rising from individual contributor to VP of Engineering and CTO roles. Born in Taiwan and fluent in Mandarin and English, Ming has drawn on that cross-cultural fluency throughout his career, building some of the first offshore and nearshore engineering teams for Walmart.com and eBay Classifieds Group and bridging US, Asian, and Latin American teams to deliver results across very different business and cultural contexts.

Ming draws on that path, having built, hired for, and led teams from Silicon Valley, Asia, Latin America to South Africa across his career, to offer grounded guidance on career growth: navigating the move from IC to management, positioning a global or cross-cultural background as a strength, and building the judgment needed to take on bigger leadership roles. He believes in a practical, no-nonsense approach, focusing on what actually moves a career forward and leading with the same clarity and resilience it takes to lead a team through change.

呂明璁（Ming T.
