Lydia Huang is the Head of Talent at Worca, a California-based HR tech startup, where she leads global talent strategy and cross-cultural workforce development. Since 2022, she has worked with distributed teams across countries, building deep expertise in global talent markets and remote work.

Previously a technology recruitment consultant in Taiwan specializing in software and hardware talent, she is also Taiwan's only Relocation Career Consultant for NetExpat, a European consulting firm, supporting professionals and international families from 15+ countries — including the U.S., the Netherlands, Japan, South Korea, and India — through career transitions and relocation.

Beyond her corporate work, Lydia founded HRRR (HR Room of Requirement), a Taiwan-based HR and career community, and has organized 50+ talent and career events. As a Global Shapers Mentor (World Economic Forum's youth community), she also mentors students and young professionals exploring international career paths. 除了企業實務經驗外,Lydia 亦為 HRRR 人資萬應室發起人,累積舉辦超過 50 場人才與職涯活動,持續串連人資、人才與國際工作者社群。身為 Global Shapers Mentor(世界經濟論壇青年社群導師),她也長期陪伴學生與年輕專業人士探索國際職涯發展路徑。曾獲工作與合約機會的國家｜愛爾蘭、英國、美國、比利時、法國。
