Joy Liu is a Senior Product Design Manager at ServiceNow, where she leads design for the platform management experience used by every customer on the platform, including AI-assisted tools that help them set up, manage, and monitor the products they purchase. Her work sits at the center of how AI is reshaping organizational workflows: not only as part of the team building the AI platform itself, but also as an employee, a manager, and a designer experiencing that shift firsthand. Outside ServiceNow, she's long invested in fostering community and mentoring designers, which led her to build an AI mentorship tool that turns her own design insights and stories into a free, open-source resource for the next generation of designers.
