Janet Kim is a technology and leadership strategist who spent 19 years at Stanford University leading enterprise transformation and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics. She is also the founder of SaeRise Consulting, where she helps mid-level managers step into executive legacy and be seen, heard, and valued.

As an ACC-certified and SPCC-certified career coach, Janet helps leaders think strategically, organize, and execute with confidence — using a structured framework to guide lasting results. She shares practical tools and insights through her Level Up leadership newsletter and is committed to helping overlooked leaders rise. She holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and an M.A. from Yonsei University in Korea.
