Cathy has 19 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Project Management and System Implementation, successfully managing multi-million dollar enterprise projects while driving efficiency through workflow automation, contract negotiation, and system integration. Throughout her career, she has built and mentored system development teams, established and led a Project Management Office (PMO), and trained and supported system analysts to strengthen organizational performance. She is highly skilled in hospital Revenue Cycle vendor selection, system development, and optimizing hospital operations. Beyond her professional achievements, Cathy has spent over a decade creating community service opportunities for youth and, for the past seven years, has coached K–12 programming and robotics competition teams to promote early computer science education and inspire the next generation of innovators.
