I’ve worked in HR and operations management in the Bay Area tech industry for over ten years, primarily helping startups build their teams and operations from the ground up. I especially enjoy working closely with founders and leadership teams to turn ideas into well-functioning organizations and build an inclusive, resilient culture.

Outside of work, I enjoy Pilates, movies, history, and following current events. To me, they’re all different ways of exploring the world, understanding people, and gaining new perspectives.

工作之外，我喜歡普拉提斯、看電影，也對歷史和世界各地的故事很感興趣。對我來說，了解一個人、一個地方的故事，就像打開一扇看世界的窗。
