Director of Talent Acquisition / Micron Taiwan

Esther Cho has served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Micron Taiwan since 2024, where she leads data-driven recruitment strategies and champions cross-functional and career re-entry talent programs, dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and future-ready recruitment ecosystem.

- She joined Micron in 2017 as HR project manager and Senior Manager of Business & People Partner for Taiwan and North Asia operations, leveraging her extensive human resources management experience to deliver exceptional results in organizational development and talent cultivation. Prior to her current role as Director of Talent Acquisition at Micron, Esther held key HR leadership positions at CHANEL as Senior Manager of Business Partner and at Normet Group as HR Manager for the Asia region, where she accumulated solid practical experience in human resources management.

- Esther holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Aix-Marseille University in France, bringing international perspective and cross-cultural collaboration capabilities to her leadership role.
