Bo-Yen (Danny) Chang is a Software Engineer at HeartFlow, a leading innovator in AI-powered cardiovascular diagnostics. With a Master’s degree in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley and prior research experience at UCSF and Taipei Medical University, Danny specializes in bridging advanced machine learning, biomedical imaging, and clinical applications. His work spans EEG signal analysis, cardiovascular risk modeling, and medical device verification in regulated environments. Passionate about translating cutting-edge research into impactful products, Danny also co-founded an NLP startup focused on advanced text analytics. He actively contributes to the Taiwan U.S. innovation community and is committed to fostering cross-border collaboration in health technology.

張柏彥（Danny Chang）現任 HeartFlow 軟體工程師，專注於人工智慧驅動的心血管疾病診斷技術研發。畢業於加州大學柏克萊分校生物工程碩士，曾於舊金山加州大學醫學院及臺北醫學大學從事研究，專長涵蓋機器學習、醫學影像與臨床應用整合。他的工作領域包括腦電波訊號分析、心血管風險建模，以及符合法規要求的醫療器材軟體驗證。除產業經歷外，他亦共同創辦以自然語言處理為核心的創業專案，致力於高階文本分析技術。Danny 長期推動臺美創新交流，期望將尖端醫療科技轉化為真正改善病患生活的產品。
