Checklist & Preparation

To maximize your presence at the event, please ensure you have prepared the following:

  • Marketing Materials: Bring physical collateral such as company flyers and pop-up banners.

  • Digital Recruitment: Please provide a QR code or a direct job listing link to facilitate seamless resume collection and applications.

  • Physical Resumes: While we encourage digital collection, many students will carry hard copies. We recommend bringing a small tray or folder to organize physical resumes.

  • Water Bottle: For use at our hydration stations.

  • Power Supplies: Extension cord and multi-outlet power strip for laptops and devices.

  • Backdrop Supplies: Heavy-duty fabric tape or mounting strips to attach banners to the wall.

About Opening Ceremony:

  • Opening Ceremony — Expo Pause (1:30–2:00 PM)

    All booth activities will pause for the Opening Ceremony. Hall lights will be dimmed, so please temporarily suspend all interactions at your booth.

  • Corporate Representative — Ceremony & Photo

    We invite one representative per company to join the Opening Ceremony. Reserved seating will be provided, and representatives will be invited on stage for a group photo.
