VP of Global Physical AI & North America Sales/ Arm
CK Tseng is Vice President of Global Physical AI & North America Sales at Arm, responsible for Sales, Business Development, and Field Engineering in North America, as well as global customer engagements in the Physical AI sector. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the high-tech industry.
CK joined Arm in 2010 as a Business Development and Sales Manager, leading strategic initiatives and business engagements with key partners ranging from silicon partners to OEMs. He later joined the start-up M2COMM as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, focusing on innovative IoT applications across the industrial, retail, and medical sectors. He also managed the company’s overseas subsidiaries and helped drive more than 10x revenue growth in two years.
In 2017, CK rejoined Arm as Senior Director, leading the Sales and Field Applications Engineering (FAE) teams in Taiwan. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2018 and became President of Arm Taiwan in 2019. In 2024, he was named President of Arm Taiwan and ASEAN. At the end of 2024, CK relocated to California to take on additional responsibility for North America. In April 2026, he transitioned from his Taiwan and ASEAN leadership responsibilities to an expanded role overseeing North America Sales and Arm’s global customer engagements in the Physical AI sector.
CK holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from National Taiwan University (NTU).
Beyond his role at Arm, CK serves as a member of the Curriculum Committee at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), where he brings an industry perspective to discussions on the future of education. He advocates for more flexible and interdisciplinary curricula that enable students to explore beyond traditional academic boundaries and better adapt to a rapidly changing world. He also encourages the thoughtful integration of AI into teaching and learning, exploring how AI can enhance—not replace—the role of educators while helping students develop critical thinking, creativity, and the ability to learn continuously in the AI era.
CK also serves as an Independent Director of ADLINK Technology, where he contributes to the company’s long-term strategy and corporate governance. His responsibilities include providing guidance on the company’s five-year strategic planning, overseeing executive compensation and incentive structures, and emphasizing strong corporate governance, compliance, and responsible business practices. During his tenure as an Independent Director, ADLINK has demonstrated strong business momentum, including significant year-over-year revenue growth in 2026, as the company continues to pursue opportunities in Edge AI and Physical AI.
Outside of work, CK is a lifelong learner who enjoys exploring new ideas and experiences. He has played badminton and table tennis since childhood and now also enjoys cycling, running, swimming, golf, and pickleball. An avid reader, he increasingly uses digital platforms such as YouTube to explore AI, emerging technologies, industry trends, and new ideas. He enjoys keeping up with the rapid evolution of AI and considering how emerging technologies can create new possibilities for businesses and society.
