Christopher Yen is an Equity Partner at Simplicity Group, a private equity-backed wholesale distributor of wealth management products, serving financial advisors and private banks.

Chris brings a unique perspective to the private markets, having joined the board of Upmarket Investments in 2024. This role places him at the forefront of a leading platform providing investors access to exclusive private market opportunities, including venture-funded pre-IPO shares, as well as hedge fund and private equity investments.

Before joining Simplicity Group, Chris founded Blue Ocean Financial Network in 2014, a wholesale wealth management brokerage that was acquired by Simplicity Group in 2022. His entrepreneurial background and deep industry experience make him a valuable voice on the evolving landscape of private and public markets.

她目前擔任 YouTube Live 的 UX 設計師，專注於打造優質的使用者體驗。在此之前，她於 Google One 團隊負責 Gmail、Google Photos 與 Google Drive 的獲利化設計；更早之前，她在 HubSpot 的 Growth Monetization 團隊參與設計 14 天試用體驗。

Melody 畢業於西北大學，主修鋼琴演奏與以使用者為中心設計，之後更於西北大學的商學院（Kellogg School of Management）取得碩士學位。
