We are thrilled to see you soon! To ensure a smooth and successful recruiting experience for your team, please review the move-in, setup, and event-day details provided below.

🕒 Arrival & Check-in

  • Setup : 09/25 3:00PM - 5:00PM, 09/26 8:00AM-09:00AM

  • Location: Santa Clara Convention Center 1F Ballroom G/H

  • Event Live: 09/26 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM

  • Move-out: 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Exhibitor Checklist & Preparation

To maximize your presence at the event, please ensure you have prepared the following:

  • Marketing Materials: Bring physical collateral such as company flyers and pop-up banners.

  • Digital Recruitment: Please provide a QR code or a direct job listing link to facilitate seamless resume collection and applications.

  • Physical Resumes: While we encourage digital collection, many students will carry hard copies. We recommend bringing a small tray or folder to organize physical resumes.

  • Water Bottle: For use at our hydration stations.
